It will be one of the largest mosques in the region
Stating that they are planning to build one of the largest mosques in the region, Merinos Halı Chairman Ali Erdemoğlu stated that the mosque to be built will be a complex with its condolence house, Quran course, large courtyard, and car park. The mosque, which will be built on an area of 8 thousand square meters, will bear traces of Ottoman architecture. In the mosque, where 3 thousand people can pray in its indoor and outdoor areas, there will also be condolence houses for 200 people, one for men and women.
Ali Erdemoğlu stated that they follow in the footsteps of their father, the late Mehmet Erdemoğlu, who believes that property is entrusted and therefore always shares his earnings, “We have built schools and dormitories to contribute to the education of the local people. We recently laid the foundations of the Adıyaman University Mehmet Erdemoğlu Faculty of Architecture.
We Contributed to Education
We will open Servi Erdemoğlu Girls' Vocational High School in Gaziantep for the new education period. We are building health centers to recover for the deficiencies in the health field. We attach great importance to our people's ability to fulfill their religious duties comfortably, for this reason we have mosques in our factories, and we raise shuttle service to the mosque so that our employees can perform their Friday prayers comfortably. Now, like our father, we want our mother to see the mosque built in her healthy age. We are very happy to take a role in such a charity. We think of Servi Erdemoğlu Mosque as a large complex, which will bear traces of Ottoman architecture, a Quran course, condolence houses and a car park. As long as we live, we will continue to use what we have earned to serve the local people. “he said.
